2 scoops SuperGreens
2 cups kefir
1 cup juice, any flavor
1 cup green leafy veg, such as raw spinach or kale or microgreens
1 cup frozen fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, peaches, mangoes
1 large banana
3 TBSP nut butter, such as peanut, almond, cashew
1 tsp ginger
Blend until thick and smooth. Add a bit more liquid if needed; thickness may vary depending on the moisture in produce. Serves 2
