Recipe
- 2 scoops LivingProtein®
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 5 1/2 fresh strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey (brown rice syrup or maple syrup)
- 3/4 cup water
- 4-6 ice cups
Mix in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
