Belle's Breakfast Zoomie Smoothie

Recipe

  • 2 scoops SuperGreens
  • 2 cups kefir
  • 1 cup juice, any flavor
  • 1 cup green leafy veg, such as raw spinach or kale or microgreens
  • 1 cup frozen fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, peaches, mangoes
  • 1 large banana
  • 3 TBSP nut butter, such as peanut, almond, cashew
  • 1 tsp ginger


Blend until thick and smooth. Add a bit more liquid if needed; thickness may vary depending on the moisture in produce. Serves 2
