Recipe
- 2 scoops SuperGreens
- 2 cups kefir
- 1 cup juice, any flavor
- 1 cup green leafy veg, such as raw spinach or kale or microgreens
- 1 cup frozen fruit, such as blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, peaches, mangoes
- 1 large banana
- 3 TBSP nut butter, such as peanut, almond, cashew
- 1 tsp ginger
Blend until thick and smooth. Add a bit more liquid if needed; thickness may vary depending on the moisture in produce. Serves 2
