1 to 2 Scoops of SuperGreens or SuperBerry®
1 scoop of LivingProtein®
1 scoop Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein
1 Tablespoon Barlean's Omega 3 (Pina Colada Flavor)
Mix in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
