Why Berries?
Berries are nature’s powerhouse fruit. They taste great and are densely packed with antioxidants, phytochemicals, and flavonoids. Berries are also relatively low in sugar, so they won’t stimulate insulin swings when eaten in moderation.
Studies show that eating cranberries and blueberries (two of the berries in Living Fuel Rx Super Berry™) leads to higher levels of a flavonoid, called quercetin, in the blood.
