achieve your health goals and overcome cravings and addictions to sugar,
caffeine and other unhealthy foods and beverages.

of where you live, how old you are or how busy the season, this is a perfect

The 7-Day
Challenge
- Eat 3-4 meals per day at set
times. If you choose three times
per day, then allow 5-6 hours between each meal. If you choose four times
per day, then allow four hours between each meal.
- Please avoid snacking or eating
anything between meals.
- Purified water, herbal teas and
LivingFuel Super Coffee, and high pH sparkling waters such as San
Pellegrino are the only allowed beverages.
- Target 8 or more glasses of spring
water every day. Please do not drink tap water. You may drink water
between your meals.
- Please allow a minimum of three hours between dinner and bedtime.
- Daily exercise and activity is critically important; choose exercise based on your fitness level some will walk and others will perform intense workouts.
- We recommend that you keep a daily journal (included in your 7-Day Challenge kit).

Days 1-3:
Breakfast: LivingFuel Rx Super Smoothie with Super Berry
Ultimate, Living Protein and CocoChia snack mix or bar (please see directions
and recipes for how to make your delicious Super Smoothie.)
Lunch: Four Corners
complete nutrition meal. (Please refer
to the suggested meals below.)
Dinner: Four Corners complete nutrition meal.
Day 4-6:
Breakfast: LivingFuel Super Smoothie
Lunch: LivingFuel Super Smoothie
Dinner: Four Corners complete nutrition meal.
Day 7:
Breakfast: LivingFuel Rx Super Smoothie
Lunch: LivingFuel Rx Super Smoothie
Dinner: LivingFuel Rx Super Smoothie
Note: If you choose the four meals per day plan, then simply add a meal of the LivingFuel Super Smoothie on each day of your seven-day program.
Complete Nutrition
Meals
During the 7-Day Challenge, each of your meals should include whole natural foods found in each of the Four Corners of Superfood Nutrition. (Note: Pages 109-111 in the book, Super Health, contain a complete shopping list of foods which meet these requirements.) The following are examples of complete Four Corner meals used both in the 7-Day Challenge and as part of your new healthy lifestyle for years to come. You may combine any variety of these to suit your taste preference and schedule.
Sample Meals:
- Eggs, free range and cage free
(soft boiled or poached is best), lightly steamed asparagus, goat cheese,
mixed green salad, cold pressed olive oil
- Steak, grass fed and hormone free,
steamed broccoli, mixed green salad, cold pressed flax seed or olive oil,
and a bowl of fresh organic strawberries
- Salmon baked and wild caught,
small baked sweet potato, mixed green salad, olive oil and fresh organic
tangerine
- Chicken breast, grilled and
hormone free, small serving of brown rice and black beans, fresh salsa
with organic tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro, and one half fresh papaya

Turkey breast, roasted and hormone free,
steamed green beans, a handful of fresh walnuts, mixed green salad
with cold pressed olive oil and bowl of fresh raspberries.
The
primary Four Corners meals guideline you will
want to remember is to fill up by eating mostly green and bright colored
vegetables then eat a clean complete protein source such as organic, chicken,
beef, bison, fish or a scoop of two of Living Fuel or Living Protein.
