Getting Started
For most people, the best approach is to build up to the
fast by replacing one meal per day with Living Fuel Rx Super Berry or Super
Greens. After a couple of days, replace two meals using the FUEL plan until you
find your body can go 4 to 6 hours before needing another meal.
Important Tips
It is critical to drink plenty of water but NOT eat between
meals. For some people, this may require
adding 1 scoop of Living Protein to their FUEL.
Others choose one or two meals to also have a CocoChia Bar. You may also eat vegetables within an hour
before or after FUELing. CocoChia Bars are acceptable while on the FUEL
Fast.
The Plan
When you have reached a level of confidence that you will
not be hungry or tired, it’s time to begin the Living FUEL FAST. Here’s how it
works: Consume a Living Fuel Rx smoothie every 4-6 hours along with
SuperEssentials Omega 3 EDA + GLA and Astaxanthin for up to 7 days at a time. Note: Conduct longer fasts under the
supervision of your healthcare practitioner.
To extend your energy and the amount of time between
smoothies, you may also mix organic coconut oil or CocoChia Snack Mix or
coconut milk or fruit or almonds into your LivingFuel SuperSmoothie.
During this fast, you should not feel hungry and should be
able to carry on your daily activities, including exercise and athletic
activities with a high level of energy.
